Insights from Socio-Economics Sciences and Humanities for the EU 2020 strategy for inclusive growth”. Il s’intéresse au recours et non-recours comme critères possibles et nécessaires d’évaluation des réformes administratives visant à faciliter l’accès aux droits et services.
English version : Working paper has been presented to the Symposium “New and Growing inequalities: a challenge for the social, economic and democratic development of the European Union? Insights from Socio-Economics Sciences and Humanities for the EU 2020 strategy for inclusive growth”. It looks at the phenomena of take-up and non-take-up as possible and necessary criteria for evaluating administrative reforms aimed at facilitating citizens’ access to the rights and services.
